Kepler-9 Space Systems ("Kepler-9", "we") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@kepler9.space.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you submit through the contact form (name, email, organization, role, message). We do not run profiling, ad tracking, or sell data.
3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a) when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) to respond to your inquiry.
4. Retention
Inquiries are retained for up to 24 months for follow-up, then deleted, unless a contractual relationship is established.
5. Recipients
Form submissions are delivered through Resend (https://resend.com). We do not transfer data to other third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15-22)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Send requests to info@kepler9.space. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your EU member state.
7. International transfers
Resend may process data outside the EU. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Security
Communications are encrypted in transit (TLS). Internal access is limited to authorized personnel.
